Restaurant Manager (Pakistani and Foreigners Welcome)
Our busy restaurant in Beer-Sheva is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and has previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Pakistani and foreign candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create schedules for staff and ensure shifts are adequately covered
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures, customer service, and food safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes meet our high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.
Location:
The restaurant is located in Beer-Sheva, making it easily accessible for candidates living in or willing to relocate to the city. Accommodation is not provided for this position.
