IT Manager

We are currently hiring for an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems and processes. You will work closely with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives. This is a full-time position, open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement technology strategies that support business goals and improve efficiency
- Identify and recommend new technology solutions to enhance our systems and processes
- Manage budgets for hardware, software, and other IT expenses
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide timely solutions
- Ensure data security and privacy measures are in place and regularly updated
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cloud-based systems
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem (open to applicants from any nationality)
