IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and management, with a focus on ensuring the security, efficiency, and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure data protection
- Manage IT budget and expenses
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing IT projects and teams
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Location: Jerusalem, Israel (Open to Indian candidates)

Salary: $1000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
