IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our company's technology resources in Jerusalem. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company's computer systems, networks, and security infrastructure. You will work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions to enhance their productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's technology infrastructure
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Ensure data security by implementing proper measures against threats such as hacking or viruses
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Train employees on new or updated technology systems
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, databases, and security systems
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
