We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Kaunas. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and creating menus for our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have experience working as a chef and be able to lead a team of kitchen staff. Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious menus that meet the needs of our customers
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards
- Train and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and international cuisine
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred

Salary: $1400 per month
