Instrument Technician - Entry Level (Akron)

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of instruments used in our production processes. This is an entry level position, perfect for freshers or those without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Install and calibrate instruments such as sensors, transmitters, and control valves according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues with instruments
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of instruments
- Work closely with engineers and other technicians to identify and resolve any technical problems
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working with instruments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation principles
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces if needed
- Biometric passport is required for this position
