Job Title: Architectural Technologist for International Projects

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate and detailed drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing structures
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other related software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent technical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
