IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's information technology operations. This includes managing the IT team, overseeing projects and budgets, and ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Ensure the security of all systems and data
- Plan and manage technology projects within budget constraints
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
- Ensure all systems are backed up regularly and can be recovered in case of data loss or disaster

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
-The ability to speak multiple languages is preferred (Arabic, French, German)
-Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to information technology
-Familiarity with cloud computing services
-Prior experience working in a multicultural environment

Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
