Architectural Designer
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein (open to Pakistani nationals)



We are searching for a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs meet all requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design preferences
- Conduct site visits and measurements to gather information for designs
- Work with engineers and construction teams to ensure feasibility of designs
- Present designs to clients for approval and make revisions as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong design skills, including knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and a contract job opportunity. This position does not include accommodation or provide visa sponsorship. Students are welcome to apply.
