Land Surveyor - Balzers, Nepal


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Balzers, Nepal. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and create maps and legal descriptions. You will also be responsible for providing accurate data for construction projects and land development.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various instruments such as GPS, total station, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports
- Create maps and legal descriptions based on survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in using surveying instruments and software
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license
