Tutor - Multan, Pakistan



We are hiring a highly qualified and experienced Tutor to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students of all ages and levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the subject they are teaching and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in tutoring is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. This role does not include accommodation but is suitable for men who are passionate about education and helping students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on individual student needs
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student performance
- Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to share resources and ideas
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the subject area or related field
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching preferred
- Strong knowledge of the subject being taught
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for education
- Must be reliable, punctual, and organized

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm). The tutor may also have to work occasional weekends depending on student needs. The role does not include accommodation but competitive salary packages are offered.
