We are seeking a temporary Concierge to join our team in Gujrat, Pakistan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and services
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a temporary basis with varying shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
