Temporary Concierge


We are seeking a Temporary Concierge to join our team in Gujrat! As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and guests. This is a temporary position, with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options
- Assist guests with their luggage and other needs
- Arrange transportation and reservations as requested by guests
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing packages for guests
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints or issues effectively
- Knowledge of local area attractions, events, and dining options
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have valid work visa for Gujrat (visa sponsorship available)

Salary:
$1700 per month
