We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Accountant to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company. You will also be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, at least 2 years of experience in accounting, and proficiency in Indian accounting standards. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.

As an Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the company
- Recording and maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and variances
- Providing recommendations for improving financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulations
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conducting audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
- Communicating with other departments to gather necessary information for reporting purposes
- Identifying areas for cost savings or revenue growth opportunities

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Indian accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting software programs
- Understanding of budgeting processes
- Familiarity with auditing procedures
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
