We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Industrial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and extensive experience in industrial design. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design solutions
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for industrial buildings and facilities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial design or architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sustainable design
- Familiarity with LEED certification process
- Project management experience
