Architecture Project Manager
As an Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in the city of Dickirch. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to develop project plans, designs, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project requirements are met
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate project timelines and budgets
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architecture project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Proficient in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
Location:
This job is located in Dickirch. While applicants from all nationalities are welcome to apply, we prefer candidates who are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Dickirch.
Visa Sponsorship:
We are open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Accommodation:
This is a full-time position and does not come with accommodation. Therefore, we prefer candidates who are already living in or willing to arrange their own accommodation in Dickirch.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours, however, flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.
