Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Dickirch! As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary regulations and standards. You will also manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction of projects, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and standards
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Review project plans and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software programs
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch (Filipino candidates preferred)
