Office Manager for English-Speaking Part-Time Position in Herzliya
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Herzliya. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone looking for flexible hours. This role is open to candidates of all nationalities, however, fluency in English is required.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, including administrative tasks and supporting our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Support the team with various tasks including data entry, preparing documents, and organizing meetings
- Greet visitors and provide them with information or direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
