Architecture Manager

Our growing architecture firm in Akron is seeking a talented and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial concept to final completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and support staff
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably as a manager or lead architect
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects preferred
