Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the design and construction process
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and project stakeholders
- Coordinate with external contractors and consultants to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in scope
- Ensure quality control throughout the design and construction process, making necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Akron
