We are searching for a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to melt and refine metals. This is a part-time position that offers a salary of 1200$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment, such as furnaces and molds, to melt and refine metals.
- Monitor the smelting process and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standards.
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or abnormalities and report them to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with smelting equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina as this job may involve lifting heavy objects.
