Office Manager in Nizwa, Oman (Contract)
Our company is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and we are specifically looking for Nepali candidates who are fluent in English.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for managing our office budget and expenses.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Candidates with prior experience working in Oman will be given preference. You must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
This contract job does not include accommodation; therefore, we are looking for candidates who already have a place to stay in Nizwa or can make their own arrangements. However, we do provide visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
