Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning algorithms and models using programming languages such as Python or R.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design, build, test, and deploy machine learning solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and wrangle large datasets for training and testing purposes.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to gain insights into the data and identify patterns.
- Build predictive models using techniques such as regression, decision trees, random forests, neural networks etc.
- Evaluate model performance using various metrics and fine-tune them for better results.
- Deploy models into production systems and monitor their performance over time.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of machine learning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow or Keras.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL databases for data querying and manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
