Indian Restaurant Manager in Dubai
As an Indian Restaurant Manager in Dubai, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food. You will be responsible for managing and training staff, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing standard operating procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Your duties will also include creating and updating menus, overseeing marketing efforts, and monitoring financial performance to ensure profitability. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of Indian cuisine. Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred but not required. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1000$ per month.
As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to our standards and customer preferences. You will also handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will liaise with suppliers, customers, and other team members on a daily basis.
