Waiter/Waitress


We are in need of experienced and friendly waiters/waitresses to join our team at a busy restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Provide recommendations on menu items if requested
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately using POS system

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and drinks
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time

We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but Egyptian or Nepali candidates are preferred. English language skills are not required for this position. However, fluency in Arabic or Hindi/Nepali is beneficial.
