Caregiver for English Speaking Families in Al-Kuwait

Our home care agency is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide support and assistance to English speaking families in Al-Kuwait. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and household management services to clients. This position is ideal for Egyptian or Kenyan individuals who are fluent in English and looking for an entry-level job opportunity. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical professionals
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any incidents or emergencies immediately
- Communicate effectively with clients' family members to provide updates on their loved one's well-being
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education
- Must have a valid work permit for Al-Kuwait (if applicable)
- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
