Machine Operator



We are currently hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As our Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. Your main goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting all quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (e.g. presses, saws, drills) according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Inspect parts produced by the machine for quality assurance
- Keep records of production output and any necessary adjustments made
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Technical knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance
- Familiarity with blueprint reading
- Ability to use various measuring tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers)
- Physical strength and stamina for frequent standing and lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
