As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes in metal sheets and other materials according to specific measurements and layouts. You will use various hand and power tools to complete the job efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or work orders to determine layout specifications
- Mark layout lines on materials using measuring tools such as rulers, squares, or templates
- Operate hand and power tools such as drills, punches, grinders, and saws to punch holes in materials
- Ensure all punched holes are aligned and meet the required dimensions
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Puncher in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for metalworking
- Physical strength and stamina to work with heavy materials for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills in English
