Waiter/Waitress - Fine Dining Restaurant in Nakuru


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Nakuru. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly with attention to detail
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and other dining areas as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining establishment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
