Entry-Level Florist in Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative entry-level florist to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. This is a perfect opportunity for an Egyptian national with a passion for flowers and design who is looking to start their career in the floral industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists with daily tasks such as arranging flowers, creating bouquets and centerpieces, and maintaining inventory
- Learn about different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and taking orders over the phone and in person
- Help with shop maintenance including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies
- Delivering flower arrangements to customers or event locations as needed

Requirements:
- Egyptian national preferred, but open to other nationalities living in Mombasa with valid work permit
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Passion for flowers and design
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior florists
- Attention to detail and able to work efficiently under time constraints

Salary:
Starting salary of $900 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
