Online English Tutor for Indian Students in Mombasa


We are seeking a qualified and experienced online English tutor to teach Indian students in Mombasa. As an online tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one English lessons to students of various ages and levels. Your main goal will be to improve their English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and materials tailored to the needs of Indian students in Mombasa
- Conduct online lessons using video conferencing platforms
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to share resources and ideas

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language (ESL)
- Experience working with Indian students is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use technology for online teaching

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. You will have a flexible schedule, but you must be available during peak hours in Mombasa (4pm - 10pm). As this is an online position, there is no accommodation provided.
