Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural process for our projects. This includes coordinating with clients, leading a team of architects and designers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for all architectural projects, from concept development to construction completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant codes and regulations.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus).
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Benefits:
