Architecture Manager


We are hiring an Architecture Manager for our growing firm in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project coordination
- Review design proposals and provide feedback for improvement
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Project management skills including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

In addition to the salary, we also offer accommodation for candidates without previous experience. This includes a fully furnished apartment near the office.

Location:
This position is located in Lisbon, Portugal. However we welcome candidates of any nationality who are willing to relocate.
