Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Care
We are hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our home health care team in Clairvaux. Our ideal candidate will be a Canadian national with excellent English communication skills and must hold a valid nursing license. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their homes. This includes conducting health assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. You will also educate clients and their families on proper self-care techniques to promote independence and improve overall well-being. The successful candidate must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in home health care or community nursing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments of clients in their homes
- Develop individualized care plans based on client needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Educate clients and their families on proper self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely

Requirements:
- Canadian national with valid nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or community nursing
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
