IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our systems and networks, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure that our technology infrastructure supports the goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in line with company goals
- Manage and maintain all computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
- Ensure network security and data protection measures are in place
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution
- Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems
- Train employees on new software or hardware as needed
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services or equipment purchases
- Stay up-to-date on new technology trends and make recommendations for their implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software
- Strong understanding of network security protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Ability to adapt to changing technology needs
- Strong leadership skills

Location: Vianden (open to candidates from India)

Salary: $1200 per month
