Indian Chef - English Speaking (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef who is fluent in English to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes while also being able to communicate effectively with our English-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all food items prepared
- Plan menus, create new dishes, and develop recipes based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff in the preparation of Indian dishes
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with English-speaking customers to take orders and provide menu recommendations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Salary:
