Architectural Designer


We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and drawings for various projects. This position is suitable for men with experience in the field, preferably from India.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and make necessary revisions to designs
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and techniques
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for design aesthetics

Salary:
Salary for this position will be $900 per month.
