Loader Operator

The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as front-end loaders, to load and transport materials within a construction site or warehouse. This role requires physical strength and stamina, as well as the ability to operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating loaders and be able to work independently with little supervision. This position is located in Akron, with the opportunity for on-the-job training for non-native English speakers.

Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loaders to load and transport materials
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery
- Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Physical strength and stamina to handle long hours of operation
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations for operating heavy machinery
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

Salary: $1500 per month
