Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Akron. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Build relationships with current and potential clients through networking events, sales calls, and site visits
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to attract new guests
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure targets are met
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for management review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management position required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1600 per month.
Location:
This job is located in Akron, USA. Preference will be given to Egyptian candidates but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
Other Requirements:
This is a full-time position but part-time options can be considered. Fluency in English is required for this role. Previous experience is not necessary but preferred.
