Collections Specialist
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding customer accounts. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve any outstanding issues and ensure timely payments. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Indian national living in Mombasa preferred
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred but not required
