Indian Collector for Urgent Contract Job in Mombasa with Accommodation

We are hiring an Indian Collector to join our team in Mombasa for an urgent contract job. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting and collecting payments from customers who have overdue accounts. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email or in person to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up on payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments received
- Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues with customers
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Meet monthly collection targets set by management

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with customers
- Proven experience as a collector or similar role
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
