Shaper Technician

We are seeking a skilled Shaper Technician to join our team in Eldoret. As a Shaper Technician, you will be responsible for shaping and molding various materials using specialized tools and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain shaping machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the specifications for each project
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Select appropriate materials for shaping based on project requirements
- Shape materials through cutting, drilling, grinding, and other techniques
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery or processes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper Technician or in a similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with shaping tools and machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina and strength for operating heavy machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members

Preferred:
- Experience working with biometric passport production or other security-related projects is a plus

This job is suitable for men who have experience in shaping or working with machinery. Part-time options may be available depending on workload.
