Shaper - Fashion and Design Specialist
Location: Eldoret, Kenya


We are seeking a talented Shaper - Fashion and Design Specialist to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Shaper, you will play a crucial role in creating unique designs and shaping them into finished products. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours that can accommodate your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative designs for clothing and accessories that align with current fashion trends and customer preferences
- Use various techniques such as draping, pattern drafting, and sewing to bring designs to life
- Collaborate with other team members to develop cohesive collections for different seasons or occasions
- Conduct research on latest fashion trends, materials, and techniques to stay updated and relevant in the industry
- Attend fashion shows, trade fairs, and networking events to showcase your work and establish connections within the industry
- Ensure quality control of all finished products before they are sent out to customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role in the fashion industry
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction techniques, design principles, and fabric characteristics
- Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or CorelDRAW
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
