Tiler for Residential and Commercial Properties in Shan


We are a reputable construction company located in Shan, seeking a skilled Tiler to join our team. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles on various surfaces, including floors, walls, and ceilings in both residential and commercial properties. You will also be required to prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning and leveling them.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in tiling and must possess excellent knowledge of different types of tiles and adhesives. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas
- Lay out tiles in a pattern or design
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesive
- Install tiles on floors, walls, or ceilings using appropriate tools
- Repair or replace damaged or broken tiles
- Ensure accuracy and quality of work by inspecting finished surfaces

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tiling
- Knowledge of different types of tiles and adhesives
- Ability to read blueprints or design plans
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical strength to lift heavy materials
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
