Head Chef
We are a high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Triesen, looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, creating and executing menus, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other employees
- Ensure food quality by inspecting ingredients, monitoring cooking techniques, and tasting dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Control food cost by managing inventory levels and portion control
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall dining experience
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
Salary: 1600$
Nationality: Pakistani or other foreigners with work permit
