Junior Construction Manager

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Multan. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with senior management
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management
- Assist with procurement of materials and equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in construction management is preferred but not required
