We are in need of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods for our customers. Your role will involve following recipes, measuring ingredients, mixing batters, shaping doughs, and monitoring baking times. You must have a passion for baking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency in quality and taste
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately using kitchen scales
- Mix batters using electric mixers or by hand
- Shape doughs into desired shapes for different types of baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings as per customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role (preferably 2+ years)
- Knowledge of different types of flours, sugars, yeast, eggs, butter, etc.
- Familiarity with baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, rolling pins etc.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus
- Good time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Attention to detail for producing high-quality products
- Physical endurance to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays/pans
- Certificate or diploma in Baking or related field is preferred
