Senior Architect - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available) in Lisbon



We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Lisbon. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs and overseeing the construction process to ensure the highest quality of work. Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and efficient architectural designs for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards
- Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion, to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, incorporating them into design concepts when appropriate
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred
- Visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates
