Bilingual Secretary
We are hiring a Bilingual Secretary to join our team in Yanbu. As a Bilingual Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and communicating with both English and Arabic-speaking clients. This is a contract role without accommodation, so you must have your own visa and be able to work full-time in Yanbu.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the company, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
- Communicate with English and Arabic-speaking clients through email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Translate documents from English to Arabic or vice versa as needed
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies when needed
- Assist with organizing events or meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
