Secretary for a Construction Company in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
A reputable construction company in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. We are looking for an Egyptian national with excellent English communication skills who is able to work without experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
